USA and Canadian Orders

When can I order?  Anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
When I call, will a real person answer the telephone?  Yes! We have toll-free, personal service at all times.
What if I need some help obtaining information on a product?  Our FAQs may answer many of your questions. Plus, our Customer Helpers and Masters Level Editors will be happy to assist you.

Ordering Online

How do I order online?  Simply find the product you want using the Search Engine or Product Search Indexes. Enter the quantity you want to buy in the "Quantity" box. Click "ADD to CART" to add the product to your shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping." To review your cart, click "Shopping Cart" at the top right of the screen.
When you finish, review your order, make any necessary changes, and submit your order by clicking "Checkout."
For personal orders, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit cards, and/or gift cards. Please note that credit cards are processed the next business day after your online order is placed. For personal orders by mail, you may pay by personal check or money order. Canadian and international customers pay in U.S. funds.
Schools, school districts, hospitals, and businesses may submit purchase orders, or pay in advance similar to personal orders.
You will receive your shipment within 5-10 business days (10-14 business days for Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii).
Please note that we are unable to send online orders by Next Day or Second Day service. If you need rush service on your order, call us at 1-800-277-8737 between our business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday. You pay only the actual shipping cost for any expedited order.
Is there a minimum dollar amount for my purchase?  No. However to receive free standard shipping, your minimum order must be at least $75 (after applicable discounts).

I already know what I want to order. Can I place a Quick Order with you? Yes, just use the Quick Order Form and follow the directions.

Bids and Quotes

How do I get a bid or quote from you?  If you would like us to give you a bid or quote on materials, please email us at bids@superduperinc.com
How can Super Duper®become an Approved Vendor in my school district?  Just email us at bids@superduperinc.com and we will take care of the rest!

Purchase Orders

Do you accept purchase orders?  Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, school districts, hospitals, and businesses. After processing your order we will send you an invoice.
How can I submit a purchase order? You can mail it, fax it, or submit it online.
Please note that purchase orders must have an official purchase order number and an authorized signature (the person responsible for paying the bills). If you are a first time business customer, we may require credit information prior to processing your order. For faster processing, you can fax the purchase order to us.
Can I place my purchase order over the telephone?  Since, we need a signed copy of every purchase order, we are unable to accept them over the phone. However, Please fax a copy of the PO to 1-800-978-7379, email it to e-purchaseorders@superduperinc.com, or mail the original PO to us. To avoid duplication, if you fax, email, or place the order on the website, do not send us the original.
How do I place my purchase order online?  Here's how:
1. SIGN IN or CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
2. Choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart.
3. At CHECKOUT, click "Check Out with Signed Purchase Order."
4. Enter your Purchase Order Number in the top box and upload a copy of your Official Signed

5. Click "Continue" and proceed to Checkout.
Does Super Duper®ever share my personal information?  No, never!
How do I redeem a promo code or iTunes® gift certificate to purchase an App?  First you must launch the App Store℠ on your device. If you are not automatically taken to the homepage you will need to select the "Featured" option on the bottom left task bar.

From the homepage you will scroll to the bottom of the screen. Select the "Redeem" button and enter your promo code. You will then be prompted to enter your iTunes® password.

Your App will download automatically and be added to your home screen.

Payment

How may I pay for my order?  For personal orders, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit cards, and/or gift cards. For orders by mail, you may pay by personal check or money order. Canadian and international customers pay in U.S. funds.
Can you bill me for my order?  Personal orders must be paid in advance. We invoice purchase orders.
Do you bill individual customers?  No.

Taxes and Fees

Do U.S. customers have to pay state sales taxes?  Yes. Super Duper Publications is required and collects sales and use tax for South Carolina sales only. For all other states, purchases are subject to state use tax unless they are specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog or by other remote means. Your state requires each purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and pay tax on the purchase. This may be reported and paid on your state‚Äôs use tax form. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
What if my school or business is exempt from sales tax?  Just fax or send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate, and we will not collect the tax.
What about Canadian customers?  All Canadian customers pay 5% GST and 7% customer/brokerage fees ($20 min - $100 max). The provinces below pay an additional 8-10% HST:
  • British Columbia (12% total taxes)
  • Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador (13% total taxes)
  • Nova Scotia (15% total taxes)
  • Prince Edward Island (14% total taxes)
Do Canadian customers pay any other charges?  Not to Super Duper®. UPS Ground will deliver your package directly to your home or school. You will NOT be required to clear your goods through customs, or pay any additional fees prior to the arrival of your package! Please remit payment in U.S. funds.

Canadian customers receiving their package via the USPS are still required to pay the associated custom brokerage fees and taxes. However, this payment must be made to the receiving post offices in U.S. funds, NOT to Super Duper®.
Why doesn't Super Duper® put Canadian pricing on its products?  We believe our Canadian friends should only pay the actual exchange rate at the time of their order.

Shipping

Do U.S. and Canadian customers get FREE shipping?  Yes, regular delivery service is FREE with a $75 minimum order after discounts! However, the standard FREE shipping applies only to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
What if my order total is below $75?  Don't worry, a flat rate of $7.50 will be applied to orders below $75.
Do I still get FREE shipping if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?  Yes. With a $75 minimum order, customers in Alaska and Hawaii receive free shipping, too. However, should you choose a specialty courier, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
How long will it take me to receive my order?  It usually takes 5-10 business days for orders to reach U.S. customers and 10-14 business days for them to arrive in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian locations. Please note that all shipments to an APO or FPO may take 6 to 8 weeks. All shipments to Puerto Rico may take 15 to 20 business days.
What if I need to receive my order faster?  Just tell us. We can ship your order by next day or second day delivery. You pay only the actual charges for this expedited service.
If my order is late, can you track it down for me?  Yes. If you haven't received your order within normal delivery time, email us, and we will track it down for you in a jiffy.
Do you ship to a street location or a P.O. Box?  We ship to street locations because our shippers only deliver to street addresses. We also track your order with our shipper. If we send your order to a P.O. Box, we have no way of tracking it if the Post Office loses it.

Returns

What if I want to return a product?  You may return any product in good condition that doesn't meet your needs within 90 days of purchase (except opened tests, test forms, oral-motor products, and software). We will give you a speedy exchange or full refund. We will replace open software with an exact copy, only if the software is defective.

International Orders

How can I order products if I live outside the USA?  We may have a reseller who carries Super Duper® products in your country. Please contact us at customerhelp@superduperinc.com for your nearest reseller.

How much does shipping cost?  When you order directly from Super Duper®, you pay actual shipping charges and brokerage/custom fees. These vary depending upon your location and the order weight/size. If you give us your email address, we will get your approval for these charges prior to sending the order.
To track your order more efficiently, we ship via UPS. Since UPS guarantees delivery, we will replace items if they are lost or damaged. Once we process your order, you may expect delivery within 7-10 business days. If you choose other shipping options through the Post Office we cannot track or replace your order if it is lost.
Are additional taxes and duties included in the price of my order?  We do not collect duties and taxes for orders delivered to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Some countries impose additional duties and taxes when packages cross their borders. It is not possible for us to estimate these extra charges. Please check your local laws.
Do you accept PayPal for international orders?  No. Super Duper® does not currently ship PayPal orders outside the United States and Canada.

Apps
