Build-A-Scene Spanish Lotto

Practice for -AR, -ER, and -IR Verbs!

by Melanie Strait, M.S., CCC-SLP

Grades 1-6
Teach your students how to properly conjugate the three types of Spanish verb endings (-AR, -ER, and -IR) into present and past tense. Students take turns completing a target sentence with the correct verb form. If they answer correctly, they receive a Build-A-Scene piece to place on their game board. Once the student covers all 12 squares on the game board, they will see a colorful and quirky photo scene! In addition to fantastic verb practice, Build-A-Scene allows students to practice vocabulary by providing both English and Spanish language translations.
Build-A-Scene Spanish Lotto for Verbs includes:
  • 24 lotto game boards (12 double-sided boards [81/2" x 11"]).
  • 24 -AR, 24 -ER, and 24 -IR verbs practicing present and past tense with regular and irregular verb forms (contains English translation of all sentences and verbs).
  • 96 verb cards with storage tray.
  • 6 Build-A-Scene photos (precut into 12 pieces&mdashall 21/4" x 21/4").
  • Bingo chips (assorted colors) in a handy, plastic storage tub.
