A Note about Internet Connection Speed:

Persons using dial up connections may experience short delays in presentation as information is downloaded to their computer. Depending on speed of connection, these delays are generally 30 - 50 seconds for each chapter of the CEU course. Persons with fast internet connections will notice little or no delay in presentation.

Course Directions:

Click "Register for this Course" to start the registration process. Please fill in the requested information, such as name, address, etc. After registration, the course automatically begins.

Your name is your user name during the course. During registration, you select a password you can use to re-enter a course if you do not complete it in one session. Be sure to make a note of your password. You will not be able to re-enter without it.

Exiting and re-entering the Course:

The course saves your progress each time you complete a chapter. To leave the course prior to completion, simply close your browser. Upon re-entering the course, you will start at the beginning of the first chapter you did not complete.

To re-enter a course, find the course listing on the menu and click the "Return to this Course" button. Enter your user name and password when prompted.

Note to Dial-Up Users:

      Courses are presented in a multimedia format with voice narration and numerous graphics. Users who have dial-up connections may experience download times of up to five minutes for each chapter if a course. It is NOT necessary that you stay by your computer during these download periods. If the first page of the chapter plays while you are away from the computer, simply press the "replay" button to hear and view the information on that page.
