How
may I pay for my order?
You may pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express
or Discover) or debit card. For orders by mail, you may also pay
by personal check or money order. Canadian customers pay in US funds.

Can you bill me for my order?
We can send an invoice when your school, school district, hospital
or business places the order using an authorized purchase order.
An authorized purchase order must have an official purchase order
number and an authorized signature (the person responsible for paying
the bills). If you are a first time business customer, we may require
credit information prior to processing your order. |

Should
I place my purchase order over the telephone? No
need for that. Just fax us a copy of the purchase order or mail
us the original. To avoid duplication, if you fax the order, you
do not need to send us the original. |

Do
US customers have to pay state sales tax? Yes, customers
residing in South Carolina, North Carolina, South Dakota, and Indiana must
pay sales tax. (More states are requiring us to collect sales tax,
so this list may increase.) |

What
if my school or business is exempt from sales tax? Just
fax or send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate and
we will not collect the tax. |

What about Canadian customers? |

All Canadian customers pay 5% GST tax. Residents of Nova Scotia, New Foundland and New Brunswick pay 13% total (the additional 8% is HST tax). |

All Canadian customers pay 5% of their merchandise total as customs and brokerage fees ($8 Minimum - $50 Maximum). |

Do Canadian customers pay any other charges? No. Fed
Ex Ground will deliver your package directly to your home or school.You
will NOT be required to customs clear your goods, or pay any additional
fees prior to the arrival of your package! Please
remit payment in U.S. funds! |

Why
doesn't Super Duper® put Canadian pricing on its products?
We believe our Canadian friends should only pay the actual exchange
rate at the time of their order. Unlike some companies, we do not
charge excessively high Canadian prices that are far greater than
the actual exchange rate. This saves our Canadian customers money! |

How
long will it take me to receive my order? Just a few days.
We ship the vast majority of orders the day we receive them. Then,
it usually takes 3-5 business days for orders to reach US customers
and 5-7 business days for them to arrive at Canadian locations. |

if I need to receive my order faster? Just tell us. We
can ship your order by next day or second day delivery. You pay only
the actual charge for this expedited service. |

If
my order is late, can you track it down for me? Yes. If
you haven't received your order within normal delivery time, give
us a call or e-mail us and we will track it down for you in a jiffy.

Do
you ship to a street location or a PO Box? We prefer to
ship to a street location because our shippers only deliver to street
addresses. We can also track your order. If we send your order to
a PO Box, we have no way of tracking it if the post office loses it. |

What
if I want to return a product? You may return any product
in good condition that doesn't meet your needs within 90 days of the invoice (except opened tests and test
forms). We will give you a speedy exchange or full
refund. Within 90 days of the invoice, we will replace open software with an exact copy, only if the software is defective.

What do I pay for shipping?
You pay actual shipping charges and brokerage/custom fees. These vary depending upon your location and the order weight/size. We always get your approval for these charges prior to sending the order.
In order to track your order and get it to you quickly, we send your order by FedEx. If FedEx loses your order we will replace it.
If you prefer, we can send your order by International Mail. If you choose this option, however, we can not track it and we will not replace it for you if it is lost by the Postal Service.

Are additional taxes and duties included in the price of my order?
We do not collect duties and taxes for orders delivered to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Some countries impose additional duties and taxes when packages cross their borders. It is not possible for us to estimate these extra charges. Please check the laws of your country regarding receiving products by mail.
