The Comprehensive Test of Nonverbal Intelligence-2 (CTONI-2) uses nonverbal formats to measure the general intelligence of children and adults whose subtle or overt impairments in language or motor abilities may adversely affect their performance on traditional tests. The CTONI-2 measures analogical reasoning, categorical classification, and sequential reasoning using six subtests in two different contexts (pictures of familiar objects and unfamiliar geometric designs). The six subtests are:
