How do I request a review kit? Please have your school principal, supervisor, or rehab manager email or fax a request on school/company letterhead to Christine Dargan at cschrader@superduperinc.com or 864-284-1164.

How do I return the review kit? When we send your review kit, we include return shipping labels along with instructions for returning the kit.
If I like the review kit, can I purchase the review kit? No. Review kits only contain a few forms and are not complete. We will, however, process your order quickly so you get your brand new test or program without delay.
