Please note that purchase orders must have an official purchase order number and an authorized signature (the person responsible for paying the bills). If you are a first time business customer, we may require credit information prior to processing your order.
Can I place my purchase order over the telephone? Since, we need a signed copy of every purchase order, we are unable to accept them over the phone. To avoid duplication, if you email or fax the order, please do not send us the original.
Does Super Duper ever share my information? No, never!
How may I pay for my order? For personal orders, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit cards, and/or gift cards. For orders by mail, you may pay by personal check or money order. Canadian and international customers pay in U.S. funds.
Can you bill me for my order? Personal orders must be paid in advance. We invoice purchase orders, net 30 days.
Do you bill individual customers? No.
Do U.S. customers have to pay state sales taxes? Yes. Super Duper Publications collects sales tax in certain states as required by law. The amount of sales tax will be calculated and applied to your order based on the shipping address. For all other states, purchases may be subject to use tax. For more information check with your respective taxing authority. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog or by other remote means.
What if my school or business is exempt from sales tax?
Simply fax or send us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate, and we will not collect the tax. Certificates can be emailed to email@example.com
Please note that the exempt organization must be making the purchase and listed as the "Bill-To" in order for the sale to be considered tax exempt. If an individual makes the original purchase and then gets reimbursed by an exempt organization , the original sale is not considered tax exempt.
What about Canadian customers? All Canadian customers pay GST/HST of 5% and 4% customs/brokerage fees ($10 min - $50 max).
Do Canadian customers pay any other charges? Not to Super Duper®. FedEx will deliver your package directly to your home or school. You will NOT be required to clear your goods through customs or pay any additional fees prior to the arrival of your package! Please remit payment in U.S. funds.
Canadian customers receiving their package via the USPS are still required to pay the associated custom brokerage fees and taxes. However, this payment must be made to the receiving post offices in U.S. funds, NOT to Super Duper®.
Why doesn't Super Duper® put Canadian pricing on its products? We believe our Canadian friends should only pay the actual exchange rate at the time of their order.
Do U.S. and Canadian customers get FREE shipping? Yes, regular delivery service is FREE with a $75 minimum order after discounts! However, the standard FREE shipping applies only to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
What if my order total is below $75? Don't worry, a flat rate of $7.50 will be applied to orders below $75.
Do I still get FREE shipping if I live in Alaska or Hawaii? Yes. With a $75 minimum order, customers in Alaska and Hawaii receive free shipping, too. However, should you choose a specialty courier, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order? It usually takes 5-10 business days for orders to reach U.S. customers and 10-14 business days for them to arrive in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian locations. Please note that all shipments to an APO or FPO may take 6 to 8 weeks. All shipments to Puerto Rico may take 7 to 10 business days.
What if I need to receive my order faster? Tell us to ship your order by next day or second day delivery. You pay only the actual charges for this expedited service.
If my order is late, can you track it down for me? Yes. If you haven't received your order within normal delivery time, email us, and we will track it down for you in a jiffy.
Do you ship to a street location or a P.O. Box? We ship to street locations because our shippers only deliver to street addresses. We also track your order with our shipper. If we send your order to a P.O. Box, we have no way of tracking it if the Post Office loses it.
What if I want to return a product? You may return any product in good condition that doesn't meet your needs within 90 days of purchase (except opened tests, test forms, oral-motor products, and software). We will give you a speedy exchange or full refund. We will replace open software with an exact copy, only if the software is defective.

How much does shipping cost? When you order directly from Super Duper®, you pay actual shipping charges and brokerage/custom fees. These vary depending upon your location and the order weight/size. If you give us your email address, we will get your approval for these charges prior to sending the order.
To track your order more efficiently, we ship via FedEx. Since FedEx guarantees delivery, we will replace items if they are lost or damaged. Once we process your order, you may expect delivery within 7-10 business days. If you choose other shipping options through the Post Office we cannot track or replace your order if it is lost.
Are additional taxes and duties included in the price of my order? We do not collect duties and taxes for orders delivered to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Some countries impose additional duties and taxes when packages cross their borders. It is not possible for us to estimate these extra charges. Please check your local laws.
Do you accept PayPal for international orders? No. Super Duper® does not currently ship PayPal orders outside the United States and Canada.
How do I redeem a promo code or iTunes® gift certificate to purchase an App?  First you must launch the App Store℠ on your device. If you are not automatically taken to the homepage, you will need to select the "Featured" option on the bottom left task bar.
From the homepage scroll to the bottom of the screen. Select the "Redeem" button and enter your promo code. You will then be prompted to enter your iTunes® password.
Your App will download automatically and be added to your home screen.
