Super Duper Publications, based in Greenville, SC, is a leading provider of unique, fun, and colorful educational materials world-wide for PreK-5, special needs, and ESL students. This is full-time position and includes working at our office with our programming staff in Greenville, SC.

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot issues and work effectively to identify and address problems
  • Work independently and/or as part of our team
  • React to changes and improvement opportunities
  • Work as a mid-level team player, independently and/or with other developers, creators, and strategists
  • Help enhance and maintain our e-commerce solution

What Skills Do You Need?

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • 3+ years of object-oriented design, implementation, data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving
  • 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with .Net, C#, node.js, typescript
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/LESS, PHP, Linux
  • Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket Pipelines preferred
  • Experience with GIT and/or source control management
  • Experience developing Restful API’s
  • Experience in general web development (academic and professional)
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Code to standards, keeping it lean and well-documented
  • Troubleshooting, modifying, and updating legacy systems
  • Work within proven QA processes to test quality of your code and the functional requirements of the project
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills
  • Identify and solve ambiguous/undefined problems - ability to think abstractly
  • Ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature request, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines
  • Background and experience in utilizing LAMP stack or Magento 2 technology stack is a plus
