Say & Glue® for Language & Listening
Your early learners have a chance to be in cut-and-paste heaven while they listen and learn six important language skills: categorizing, telling what items are used for (functions), following complex directions, following conditional directions (if…then), retelling stories (semantic recall), and understanding basic concepts (25 basic concepts in all!).
Language & Listening has 94 two-part activities, each one with:
- A full-page picture scene with terrific artwork;
- An instruction page with:
- 4-12 directions to follow. ("Find the ladybug. Glue it on the ground.")
- 3-5 language expansion activities. ("Name something a bird does.")
- Drawings of items to cut and paste on the picture scene page (e.g, bee, butterfly, duck, turtle, ladybug, and bird).
Language & Listening also has easy-to-follow instructions, a parent/helper letter, extension activities for each skill, and two motivating awards.
So, get out your scissors and glue! 198 pages.

Great resourceI think these are great activities specifically for receptive language skills. I cut out and colored in several of the sheets and then laminated them for repeated use instead of making copies for every student.

O.T.s love this too!Great for young students working on visual motor skills, positional concepts/spatial relations and following directions. The themes are interesting to the children and often result in other related activities. Other O.T.s in my department are asking to use this material as well. A great go-to when you're in a hurry!

Say and glue for language and listeningThis is a very useful resource especially for younger pre-K students. The glueing and pasting make it interactive and an excellent go-to material.

Great for Listening!Save and Glue for Language & Listening is a workbook full of listening activities where the child needs to listen to the directions and complete the tasks as they are read. For example it will say "Glue the XX piece on the bottom right." So not only do kids get to cut out the pieces but they also get to color them and glue them to the appropriate page. I think I may make copies of this so I can have both my boys do this at the same time over the summer or I may have them take turns. There really are so many possibilities for what you can have your kids do for the pages. I like the simplicity of the pages but how they can really help your child learn so much from it.

Great Language and Learning ActivitiesMy clients and I really like this workbook. Activities are great for clients to take home and review with their family for extra practice. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Variety! This book is absolutely fabulous!! Not only can you use it with the directions listed, you can always make up your own directions. Kids love it because they can color and glue.
-
I love the "Say and...I love the "Say and Glue" anything. You can adapt them to any level and they make for easy preparation.
-
Just ordered the Say and...Just ordered the Say and Glue for my daughter who is 4 1/2 who has difficulty with auditory processing. She loves it so much I've had to make many copies of each page because we do them over and over.
-
multi-sensoryThese Fun Sheets are a wonderful way to work with students who need to say and do at the same time. Many student do not process sounds well by just listening. These sheets help my students internalize the sound by actually working with each sound.

Great!I have been using this book with several of my students who are Autistic or language impaired. This book is easy to use and easy to adapt to various skill levels. The pictures are not too busy making it easier for the kids to attend to the area that you want them too. I would recommend this for anyone. Love it!
-
Convenient and Fun!The CD-ROM is so convenient, I can select multiple activities to print without spending a lot of time standing at the copier. The pictures are fun and the kids really enjoy coloring and pasting them.
-
One of my FAVORITES!I absolutely LOVE this book! It has been used quite a bit and was well worth the money spent for it. Very nice to have the CD w/ it, saves a lot of time printing materials from my desk. The activities in this book are great to use as designed, but are also great to modify in different ways to suit your needs. A must for any SLP working with kids!

Say & glue for language and listeningChildren love to complete hands on activities while at the same time learning about basic concepts of language.

Great versatile bookI originally bought the book for my elementary school kids who needed to work on understanding spatial concepts. When I recieved the book, I realized that I could use the book even for my preschool groups. It has lessons regarding functions of items-which is great for spectrum kids and those working on answering simple WH questions. The lessons can be used with different themes-animals, picnic, grocery store, halloween, and farm, etc. It works great for receptive and expressive language goals. I have even used it for articulation. Love the pictures! Better than I ever thought!

I would like to see...I would like to see more products in a cheaper price range. I really like many of your products, I just can't afford to buy them all. It would be nice to more products for special education teachers.. You have such wonderful products. I really like the hands on products as well as those that offer a CD for printables.

I just wanted to say...I just wanted to say I am so grateful that Super Duper continues to support SLPs by including CDs in their workbooks. I print so many homework and activity sheets so I don't have to deal with the copier, it saves so much time! Companies like LinguiSystems have lost my business because they are no longer supportive in this way. I also really enjoy the parent handouts! Keep 'em coming! I use them all the time and have told my colleuges about them!

I was so impressed with...I was so impressed with your Say & Glue range that I think I will actually buy my own copy. Originally introduced by my son's speech pathologist as a conversation tool it has also helped my son want to colour in again. This interactive tool is so simple and yet it works wonders. I have no doubt it is worth every cent and the people who designed such an effective tool need to be congratulated.

I love Super Duper products....I love Super Duper products. Some that I've used over and over are Say & Do Grammar Game Boards, Story Retell Fun Deck, and Say & Glue for Language & Listening. These cover so many of the goals of my students and are adaptable for many ages.

I teach students with hearing...I teach students with hearing impairments, so I use your sign language products for my Deaf students. I also use a lot of your Fun Decks and Auditory Memory books for my oral students who have cochlear implants. The materials are wonderful.

I really love your cards...I really love your cards in the tin boxes. Also, my higher-level children really like using Say & Glue for Language & Listening Fun Sheets.

I love the Say and...I love the Say and Glue Artic Worksheets and the Say and Glue Language Worksheets. They are both great for quick crafts that effectively target goals. I also love the 'Syllable Drilling' card deck. We just finished running a phonological awareness group and found that the cards were extremely useful for many of the activities we did with the kids.
