Their narrow, shallow bowls make them ideal for feeding therapy and working with children who have problems with poor lip closure, oral hypersensitivity, or tongue thrust. They also work well with children who are oral-tactile defensive. Food slides off easily. While extremely tough, these spoons are plastic, so we do not recommend using them with clients who have a severe bite reflex. 6" long.
I teach severely disable students. My class all use the maroon spoons. These spoons are very durable. I use the spoons everyday with my students.
