Eye Catching Pictures
One of the things I really appreciate about Listening for Absurdities is the quality of the pictures. Even though the children struggle with the language component, the picture supports on these cards highlight the absurdity so that even my students that struggle with language comprehension are able to be successful when shown the picture. Fun for kids and me!
This deck of cards works on so many levels - artic, language, carryover of skills - it's a really versatile tool. But the best thing about it is that the pictures are so funny that I enjoy them as much as the kids do!

I love using all my Super Duper fun decks in therapy. They can be used is so many ways to make therapy fund. Especially my new Listening for Absurdities fun deck. My clients have never laughed so much in therapy making listening and learning a fun experience for both child and therapist.

Decks. They allow almost painless...
Decks. They allow almost painless teaching. Until I started he was not able to answer any question. I recommended them for Robert's school (besides buying myself) and they bought it and hopefully start using them. My son has very, VERY VERY serious problems with language and speech.
