Photo Feelings Fun Deck
These cards are great to use for children who have difficulty identifiying or understanding emotions and are easy to use for other language goals too. I use them to work on pronouns: "He is happy", etc. I would recommend these to anyone.

I carry these cards with me everywhere and I find I can use them with a variety of age groups. It's great having pictures of complicated emotions.

I gave up on trying to make all these faces for my pragmatic kiddos! Now I can just show the picture and there's lots of ways to use these cards. It's not a splurge, it's a necessity.

I love that the cards have photographs of real people instead of illustrations. Also, it's great that they are close-up so you can really focus on the details of just the facial expressions without context clues of environment or action.

The photo feelings fun deck was useful in assessing and treating my student's comprehension of emotions. However, it was difficult to identify some of the emotions that the some pictures were depicting.

Basic Feeling Identification
I purchased this deck to help my son with his expressive language. I gave this deck only 4 starts because it's the only fun deck that I've ever needed to use the answer key with. A few of the cards can really go either way. The simple feelings - Happy, Sad, Scared, Tired, Angry are very clear-cut. The Anxious, Lonely, Sick ones... maybe not so much, even for me.

I purchased this Fun Deck because I thought it might be useful with toddlers who need to work on socioemotional skills. Unfortunately, most of the pictures were of adults, and more importantly, the facial expressions were sometimes too ambiguous for ME to identify! I gave the deck to an SLP working with older kids.

I really love this product because I can use it in many ways. It is quite useful for kids who have difficulty "reading" and identifying facial expressions. It can be also used as a memory game since there are multiples. This type of game is important for kids who have delays in their social skills. It helps them encode and retrieve the information - an important skill for reading social cues.

this product filled all my expectations. The photos in the cards are so expressive. It is difficult to teach small children the expression on a concerned, surprised, thoughtful or bored face. I have used it with my older child with autism (5) and I am using it now with my seven old month daughter. It is an easy way to show them faces without having to do them myself.

As a mother of a fourth-grader who has Asperger's, I particularly enjoy all of the games and social skills activities that you have available. All of your products appear to be so fun and enjoyable for the kids, that they probably don't even realize that they are picking up some very important life skills while they are playing them. That's important, because, after all, why shouldn't social skills games be just as entertaining as any childrens game? You guys obviously 'get' kids ---thanks!!!

Decks. They allow almost painless...
Decks. They allow almost painless teaching. Until I started he was not able to answer any question. I recommended them for Robert's school (besides buying myself) and they bought it and hopefully start using them. My son has very, VERY VERY serious problems with language and speech.

Finally!
For a few years now I've been wanting something simple to teach my students with autism. They need a concrete lesson to learn new concepts, especially when talking about the different emotions. The Photo Feelings Fun Deck comes with real photographs of several different emotions. My students are able to use these cards and posters to finally understand how the different emotions look on a variety of people. We've been able to play lots of different games with these and furthering their knowledge in other ways as well.
