describing cards
I don't like the thin quality of the cards. I like the fun, colorful pictures. I do love the many ways I can use them with my students.
-
Fun Cards!
These cards are great for practicing describing attributes and using a variety of verbs. The cards are so cute, and my students and I love them! I use them a lot for Go Fish and Memory.

Fun
These are great for the younger student who is learning descriptive vocabulary. Since the subjects don't change the student can focus on the colorful objects in the picture with the dog or cat. Kids love the animals.
-
Animals are it.
Most of us love animals. Students find it easier to talk about animals that many other subjects. They also have their own stories to tell. Good set of pic's to have on hand.

describing cats and dogs.

High Interest Great Photos!
Love these cards & so do my students! Great for combo groups of artic + language. They lend themselves to all levels of artic practice & lots of language skills (using descriptors, generating sentences, compound subjects, identifying details, etc.). Students love the fun photos! Would love to see more real photography like this.

fun
These cards are a little different, but provide for some humor in the day (while actually working). The kids really enjoy each picture and can be used multiple times because they always find something different to describe. This a fun tool to have on hand

Dog & cat describing
The students LOVE playing fish or memory games. Using this deck adds to their learning in addition as they have to expand their descriptions to allow partners to choose the correct animal.
-
Fun with Cats and Dogs
These are the best. This is my second set as the first has been heavily used. Great way to break the ice with new students and get a quick look at receptive and expressive language skills.
-
Fun!
Kids love talking about dogs and cats and it doesn't take much prompting to get the words flowing!
-
even good as a present
I've bought several of these both for rehab purposes and presents for my young nieces and nephews. It's a great way to teach early language skills, phrases, sentences, basic concepts and even pronouns!

Describing Fun
The Describing fun With Dogs & Cats deck may well be the most useful card deck in our office! I use them for everything -- description, sentence structure, length of utterance, motor speech, and story starting to name a few! The cute, funny pictures are a big hit with the kids, and with no text, they can be used for kids working in any language. Love them!

I am very pleased with...
I am very pleased with all of the products that you carry. I especially find the photo cards with "real pictures" instead of drawings to be most helpful for my students. I teach elementary level multiply disabled students. Some of my students are on the autism spectrum and the real photos are best. Thanks so much, keep up the good work!

I really appreciate free shipping...
I really appreciate free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase. With declining school budgets, speech/language therapists spend a lot of money "out of pocket", and the free shipping is so helpful. I enjoy new ideas and the manuals with printable carryover sheets - to send home with students. Parents like to see what we are working on in therapy, and the sheets really help. I LOVE the Webber photo card decks and use them daily. The kids absolutely LOVE to use them. AND, they are affordable for my small public school budget. Thank you!
